Try Craigslist for a Pack N Play someone is trying to sell cheap. That way, you don't have to pay for shipping either!

The pack n play comes with a mat in it already its not safe to put a mattress in the pack n play it doesn't fit properly they also make pack n play sheets at babies r us that are thicker than a regular pack n play sheet.

I would try contacting Graco. You might get better results by calling the 1 800 line and talking to a human. Good luck!
