Do you think Melinda was really innocent, and committed suicide because of Nancy Grace, or do you think she did it because maybe she was guilty and she felt there was no way out?

I personally think Nancy Grace did pressure her, but if my child had been taken from me, and it wasn't me but the media was saying it was, I would want to prove to them they are wrong, and I wouldn't want to kill myself, knowing that my child could be out there with some crazy person ... so that makes me wonder if Melinda did do it.

What do you think?

i am sure she did it
otherwise why would she kill herself
NancyGrace can be abrasive when something gets"up her nose" but she is in no way responsible
each person is responsible for their own actions and the fear and guilt of the consequences got to her
i think she didn't like the boy cramping her style so to speak
most of her friends didn't know she even had a child that is not normal at all

Melinda was prime suspect, but its now really difficult with no other big leads. Stupid skank, Nancy Grace would have shot her any ways at some point. It's possible Melinda might have had information that was just embarrasing because of lack or child care skill and have not told authorities. So there may have been other reasons Duckett was keeping quiet. Nancy just wanted to be a hero on TV. They both are pretty lame.

Nancy is great a questioning her guests. Melinda seemed a little on the "wacky-doodle" side and probably would have killed herself, with our without Nancy's tough questions.

Nancy was on the right track. Duckett, seemed a hop and skip from a mental breakdown - with or without Nancy's questioning.

My intuition is Duckett murdered the child because she was unable to cope as a mother.

I think Nancy Grace was doing her job, and the Melinda Duckett was hiding something. I hope her little boy is still alive.

I think the woman who offed herself would have done the same thing just at a different time.

There are times when suicide is considered a confession, like the man in Omaha who offed self the day after his wifes body was found in a barrel... murdered many years ago.

You second paragraph says it all. If she was innocent she would not have run away permanently. Suicide is running away from everything.
