If they put the implant behind the muscle it doesn't interfere with the ducts at all and you can definitely still breast feed. If you get them placed above the muscle (which most doctors don't really do anymore) the implant is in the way and you can't breast feed. I have mine done, but they are placed behind the muscle. It supposedly hurts more to have them put there b/c they have to cut the muscle, but its smarter and worth it.

my brother girlfriend had implants done than she had her baby and she could'nt breast feed because the doctor had cut into her milk ducts and even if she had them removed it still would'nt have matter so if she wants to breast feed i dont think that she should have it done

No, that is not true. It may be in a few cases. It does not make your milk go away.
