well, you handle it just like an algebraic problem where X= something you take 19 and add 30 to cancel out the -30 so you get 7X=49 then you just devide by 7 and get
X= 7 but.... it isnt X= 7
it's X<7 so on a number line it would be

but remember that it is (less than) so it actualy does not touch 7, it just comes REALY close. then, it goes all the way down to -infinity
it is so supper easy once you get used to it. just remember... if it was -7x-30<19 (which you will get eventualy) it does not make X<-7.... it is actualy X>-7 because when you devide by a negative number you must switch the sign around or it will not make sense.

wouldnt you just add the 30 to the 19 which = 49 then divide the 49 by 7 which = 7
