This is for a history debate. I need to know a bunch of stuff why jefferson was better. I also need to know why jefferson was a racist. I need to have dirt (bad stuff) about or things that adams did. I need to have back up facts on bad stuff about jefferson. And I need facts about jefferson being a hypocrit.

Adams had one term and he followed Washington (no win situation). Jefferson had two terms and historicaly has had a far greater impact on America than Adams.
BTW - they both died on July 4, 1826 - 50th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence

Technically, you need to specify a better president. Is better more morals or is it more stuff done?
Adams had better morals, but couldn't do anything because Jefferson was always backstabbing him to the media.
Jefferson wasn't very good as a president by morals or stuff done. He made the Louisiana Purchase, but that's about all he did. He was a hypocrite because of what he did as the vice-president. He dissed on Adams for not doing anything and then he did the same thing. He also sort of "bought" votes.
I still think Jefferson was good because of the Declaration, but as a president, he wasn't that great.

The president is less a problem than who we have in congress. Now that's where the real house cleaning needs to be done. Fire the whole pack and start anew...the first requirement being term limits. No criminal records, etc.
