If they dont its because you havent done anything for them to notice you and if you have and they still dont notice you, then perhaps you should tell them how you feel about them.

try to make yourself noticable to them... just dont be overly hyper or push ur self on them... be nice and sweet but make sure its directed towards them.

try smiling at them when you pass them, or saying hi. if they're in your class's try asking them a question about the subject. see if any of your friends know him, so they can invite him somewhere, and you can talk to him and get know him.
