Nefertari's husband was Ramsess, the Great. There is a great deal of confusion among Egyptian lineage as they had a habit of marrying sons, fathers, brothers, sisters, etc. Their reason for this was that they believed themselves descended from the Gods, whereas common people were not, therefore they had to marry in what we would regard as an incestuous manner in order to preserve their bloodlines. We know that several Egyptian queens changed their names, assumed the throne and dressed and behaved as men, which further confused things as most of our records have been drawn from archaeological findings and they are far from complete.
However, in answer to your question, Nefertari's husband was Ramsess.
