Talk about spelling "Wagon"--it is not "effect" but "affect".
The big concern supposedly is that spoking marijuana will lead individuals to abuse other substances that are even more addictive including cocaine and heroine, etc.

All drugs should be legal. the benefits would be great.amazing, I wont put down all the benefits. but President Reagan and his cabinet agreed that all drugs should be legalized.
