Okay. I just went to the optomitrist to get contacts, and got a trial pair. Well, when I took them out and my glasses back in, I felt a little disoriented. A little dizzy, I guess. Is this normal? I may be over-reacting, but wanted to know. :) Thank you.

when you first start using contacts you may feel a little dizzy. ive had contacts for about a half a year but you will get used to it.
it also may be your glasses are a diffrent prescripition and your eyes just have to get used to seeing that way.

Totally normal.

Contacts and glasses focus things a little differently. My contacts tends to make things larger, while my glasses tends to make things smaller.

Whenever I switch back and forth (especially if I go outside with my glasses because I almost never do that), I get a little vertigo. It will be more intense at first for you, but it becomes less and less the more you become accustomed to switching back and forth.

I would call the optometrist, but it might be okay
