i think that fast food is not good for you but sometime it is good to get something fast

Most pasta dishes (that contain a tomato based sauce) at restaurants that are "vegetarian" are often also Vegan because they don't contain any creams or cheeses. You should also make sure because they may ad cheeses during the cooking. Remember, you're the customer, they're the server. They are there to serve you. It doesn't hurt to ask questions about what you're eating, in fact I would recommend doing so. Also, just because it's a vegetable does not mean it is vegan. Some restaurants use the same grill for veggies as they do meat. Veggies and soups may also be cooked in a broth made from an animal as well. While it is hard to find a true vegan meal at any restaurant, there are the few gems that are dedicated to serving vegans.

I was tempted to say because it's fast, but seems like it takes forever and that is if they get your order right. But I will go with convenience. I am a mother of 3 that sometimes (maybe 1-2 times a month) is just too lazy to cook.

It's good when your in a hurry or just craving something you may not know how to make, but don't want to go to a restaurant. Granted, it's not good for you, but if you eat it in moderation then it shouldn't be too bad.
