Afterwards you can travel to the other islands, and if you get the Mystery Ticket you can capture Deoxy and the other legendaries. Plus you can battle The Elite 4 all over again and their Pokemon are a lot stronger and they have jhoto pokemon as well. Plus you can still try and capture all the Pokemon.
