Dr Watson is a built in microsoft function. A program got uninstalled either by accident, or ignorance. Try a system restore. If that does not remedy the situation, try to reinstall internet explorer. Worst case scenario use a windows disk to repair the installation. It's not as big an issue as some of these folks are making it seem. The browser you should use is firefox though (www.firefox.com). try to download it before internet explorer locks up, as it is a lot more secure of a browser, and has a lot of very nice and helpful functions. Microsoft's browser is for the birds. When installing firefox it will even guide you through a short, painless process to import all your saved bookmarks and settings from internet explorer

Application can not be found did you started to delete folders without properly uninstalling them?
http://ccleaner.com to fix registry issues
Also Internet close and Dr. Watson comes up indicating an internet explorer error. Something was installed with internet explorer but was uninstall improperly so it had to close.. I would recomend a reinstall of Internet explorer 6 service pack 1
Also please use disk clean up on your computer and defragment.

whatever you are clicking on had an associated program that either isn't there anymore or has changed its directory. The internet explorer clocing and the dr watson debugger are all related to that. Check what type of link or file you are clicking on when this occurs and see what filext.com has to say as far as what type programs are associated with that type of file.
