Your money is not gone. They have to turn it over to the state. I found my money on a lostmoney.com I believe. Contact the state and they will send you a form to prove it is you. It took about 4 weeks, but I got my money

i really don't think so because if you had a bank card it last about a year or so then you would have to get a new one and you need to call the bank and ask them if you could get your account sent to where ever you live now and you still could draw money from the if you had your card and pin number
