Hot water has a tendency to deposit mineral deposits inside your piping and constricting the flow. Install new pipes or have a plumber install a 3/8 inch flexible line inside your 3/4 inch old pipe and you'll be amazed at the pressure and instant hot water.

Well, well, well! The only way this can happen is if the hot water tank became plugged.
You'll have to start there, the hot water tank. See if it's even on and running. Open the drain valve on the bottom, if it isn't it's plugged down there to start with. This should be drained and flushed once a year at least. I do mine twice a year.
Take a wire coat hanger pull it apart and stick it up the faucet while it's open and try to work it in until it flows. I think you'd better turn the top hot water faucet to the house off whole working on this.
Once open, drain the tank let the cold water flush the tank, I run a hose to the floor drain and flush it good.
Once filled turn the hot water tankl on again(the heat) at the same time turn the hot water valve to the house on again, see what happens.
If nothing you'll have to break the pipe at the nearest fitting to the tank, turn everything off, and see what's going on. It may be plugged with sediment or calcium deposits.

You don't mention the age of the system. The other consideration is the quality of the water feeding the system. Sooner or later most hot water systems will scale up. Minerals dissolved in the water will concentrate in the boiler over time and as the water is run through the cold pipes it precipitates out of solution and settles in sections of the supply lines as well as the storage tank. Over time this material blocks the flow of water and lowers the delivery pressure. The best thing to do is have a plumber clean the system AND have him (or her) install a cartridge filter on the intake side of the hot water system. These are filters with screw-on cartridges which you can replace every six months or so - depending on your usage and the water quality in your area. Your water supplier or plumber is the best source for the filter replacement cycle. Several years ago I had a new boiler installed and the in-line filter - it works like a charm. I replace the cartridge every six months.

There is a valve on your hot water heater. try to open it and flush it out. If this doesnt work you may need to get a new hot water heater.

If this occurs at only one location in the house, disassemble that hot water valve, clean and reassemble.
