You can usually find them at the Goodwill. E-bay is an opyion but it can grow and price and shipping etc. Gamestores and Wall-Mart discount bins are an option. But dont be afraid to try movie stores. They can sell them to you for around 3-5 dolares. Just ask the manager.

Or Just get a PS1 Emulator for your CPU if its good, then all games are free

You should try Ebay, they have games that are outdated like Nintendo 64 and those types of games for a lot cheaper than the newer ones like Nintendo DS and Wii.

PS1 games..hmm... eBay, Gamestop, or EB Games. At EB Games and Gamestop, they are really cheap.
