Windows or Mac? if Windows and you have a software firewall, its probably blocking iTunes from making an outbound connection, try disabling your firewall (not the Windows firewall, but any third party one you may have) briefly and see if you can then log onto iTunes.

it sounds like your internet connection was having some temporary difficulty - could be your ISP and nothing on your end. Try again in about an hour (particularly if it's a high-traffic time of day, such as after school/work).

If you have a home wireless, try rebooting your cable modem and wireless router, this may be all it takes to bring back your bandwidth.

the respond is sure... purely flow into the iTunes shop on your laptop, and seek for a "offered" area on the astonishing fringe of the internet site... you could re-acquire music, television shows, apps, and in case you have any, books, freed from value...

you have to wait until it comes back. try restarting your computer, or unplugging then replugging the internet cable. that works for me. if it doesn't work for you, then call your internet provider. it comes back sooner or later, though.
