chill out ladybug... gesh I have so much to be thankful for!!! my family!!!! Im just in a good mood...calm down.....take a deep breath....

Hmmmm, I've taken my turkey and put in the fridge to defrost. Hopefully it'll be ready to cook on Thursday morning?! That's the most important ingredient of all! The other stuff I'll start on tomorrow.

I have 4 pumpkin pies done,2 batches of fudge(choc&pb),maple leaf cookies and apples peeled,sliced and setting in the fridge with sugar and all the nice spices ready to go for in the morning. Took a break but before I go to bed tonight hope to have my cherry&peach pies done. Thats all I've got done this far still have a way to go yet. Have a great Thanksgiving Day!

Cranberry sauce, dressed eggs, and the ingredients are chopped up for a layered salad. The eggs won't be stuff until T'giving morning, but everything is ready (they really turn sloppy if done in advance).
Tomorrow, truss the turkeys, make dressing balls, green beans, assemble the salad and make a bit o' wine sauce for the birds. Whew!

Uhm... Salted the turkey. I guess that's not really starting to cook, but since I'm freaking out, thought I'd share something!!!

I made the cornbread for my stuffing and cut it into cubes so it can dry out. I am contemplating making the apple cranberry sauce but I really don't have to until tomorrow

So far I have baked 2 pies--one pumpkin and the other coconut cream.
Now if I can only keep my kids out of them for 2 days!

Ive already had thanksgiving at my dads and I made pasta salad.
making stuffed mushrooms with crab meat for my moms.
