No peacock feathers in the house, don't put a hat on the bed, step on a crack break your mother's back,no strolling under a ladder, white horses(actually, this one makes sense. Next time you are watching a movie where the battle takes place on horseback you will notice that white horses or even white feet really catch the eye...not good when bullets or arrows are flying! I have heard that the old "knock wood" started out as touching the cross or crucifix for protection.

My superstition is I knock on wood or whatever is around at the time. It's like whenever I talk to someone about their car being torn up and I mention my car, I knock on wood or whatever to make sure that my car doesn't tear up too.

I am a bit of a tridecaphobe. (fear of the number 13)

When serving grapes to my kids I need to make sure that they either have to make sure they do not have 13.

We are going on holiday in April, and we were going to fly back on Friday the 13th, but now I think I will be willing to pay £50 more to fly on the Saturday.

Nope, not for me. Okay, well every time I stay in one place and then I move, other people go there and when I move to the area where there used to be a lot of people, they would move away. That happened to me ever since I was 9.
