Well,he always like to sit on his chair and lie face downwards to the desk...he could sit there and stare at his notes for hours!God! Everyone is so busy all the time expect him!!! He likes to yell at people,and thinks himself is perfect!but he even doesn't know how to type! Everyone hates him! By the way, I do an assistant manager and he is too!But he joined this company eariler than me 5 months ,so he could be my boss!He is such an idiot.....God! I really wanna kick his ***!

is it just you who thinks he's dumb or is this a generally held opinion? If it's the former perhaps there's just a personality clash. In what do you think them dumb? Do they do thing's and you don't understand why? Ask for an explanation. Do you know what their Job role entails? Most situations like this occur because of lack of understanding on both sides. I'd suggest you arrange to sit down with your boss and discuss things. What you don't like and why, coupled with ways you think things could be improved. Get them to do the same. If this doesn't get you any where perhaps you could raise your concerns with their boss.
There's nothing to be gained by stewing on it, and if you do like your job be proactive in sorting the issues. This in itself will reflect well on you.

i'm getting it! (it facilitates to nicely known slightly geography) Funnier than hell!! right this is yet another one. ... My boss is so dumb that he has little spots of White-out on his seen demonstrate unit!

js play along, as if ur boss is always right (if u still wan tis job). if not, u can go against the boss (but u risk losing the job).

If they are arrogant let them say all they want agree but let them see your views to be correct without upsetting them.
