Clear pvc cement...this glue will actually fuse plastic together w/ other plastics...it's like a welding of the material...it basically liquifies the plastic and fuses it w/ another piece of plastic...clear celophane tape seems to work well on plastic as well...used in conjunction w/ the pvc, you should have a good seam..

Epoxy plastic repair, I bought it to repair some plastic toys and it works great. It cost about $4.00 at Ace hardware store. I hope that helps, Good Luck!

If you can find some clear Tool Dip (look at your local hardware store; it's a rubbery material used to coat tools. at my local store, it's with the paint),that and a small brush seems idea. Clean the area thoroughly with alcohol first.

go to a pool dealer .yes a swimming pool dealer. get a clear pool liner repair kit and put a patch on the outside and inside .make it bigger than the tear

The quick and easy fix is clear duct tape. Any patch/glue you use will cloud and not look much better than the duct tape.

Duct Tape all the way baby! That is if you don't mind looking like a hobo. Personally I don't mind. But if you prefer more of a better look, try that tent repair kit stuff. It usually comes with a tent you buy.
