how about when you find your true love?

There is NO certain age to get married! I got married when I was 18, and I have been married to the same man for the past 5 years. Do whatever you want to... as long as you are in love age doesn't matter. And don't listen to these ppl that are getting divorced, everyone is different! People get married in their 30s and still end up getting divorced. Good Luck!

I recently had the same problem. Both me and my boyfriend are younger than 21 and we decided that we will get married after college and after we find good career's. Because trust me, when you marry someone, the two of you become one person. And it's nothing worse than having to pay someone elses bills.

I would say wait a couple more years. You aren't even done with college and there is still so much growing that you are going to find yourself doing. You both are going to change so much more over the next couple of years.

However, if this is a 50/50 choice, marry when you are 21 so that you can (at least) drink legally at your reception. Good luck!

I got married at 21 and I am now contemplating a divorce (I turn 25 in two weeks).I feel I have wasted 3 years. I have found that while he was great when I was 21 now that I know myself better he is not what I really want out of a spouse or lifepartner. Please wait at least until you are 25 and you have a better idea of what you want.

Age is only a number. I guess it's all about if you want to be able to drink alcohol at your reception or not. Either way it's up to you. I got married when I was 20 but we had no alcohol at our repection at all by preference.

NO NO NO NO... don't get married at 20 or 21 even if you found your true love... you got to get through school (yes college) and grow up a little.

If you have found your true love, then they'll be around when you're 27 when it will be much better.

Been there done that, don't do it.

i think you should get married when you think you are ready. Maybe you'll be proposed to at 20 but your not ready to get married yet so except and wait another year to be sure he is the one

Actually, you should not get married until you are about 25. The extra years of maturity will help improve the chances of your marriage being a good one.
