remove a register cover and hide stuff in duct pipe.
or behind a paneling board.

I already have a planned hiding place it's behind the big screen tv.
cuz heres a little space and i can squezze there in an emergency. its also very hidden and hard to find.

what do you want/need to hide.....

depending on the weight/size - under the bed inside the box springs.
attic

if it's something you don't need to get at easily - under a large piece of furniture that sits flush to the floor, yet with an elevation (like an armoire or bookshelf)
