Sam. cheer up buddy. This is the holidays and a time for depression for so many people. Just remember that this too shall pass. Go see your doctor about some medication. May be you just need a bit of help to get you through things.
I do know you have a purpose. Try to get out and find things you enjoy doing. I find that walks get the happy chemicals working in your body. You are going to be okay and do not ever, ever think that you are worthless.
If you are having really bad thoughts of hurting yourself I want you to contact this number:

You need to ask God's guidance. That way you'll find your purpose in life. Are you married? Do you have kids? There's a lot of ways to find out. If you want to talk here's a friend.
I know the emptiness you're feeling, I've been there. Like me, many other can find happiness. You should not kill yourself. By doing so you'll be giving up and making it worse. Once you have that personal experience with God, your life is going to change forever.

Killing yourself is the worst form of self-slander. EVERYBODY has worth and can be happy. Happiness comes from within and can be activated through action and faith in your inner Buddha Nature. Try reading the book The Buddha In Your Mirror. You are connected to everything in the Universe. Your life has profound meaning. Your choices in this life resonate throughout the future like throwing a pebble in a pond and watching the ripples. You are a ripple in the pond like everyone else. Everyone has obstacles. Obstacles are benefit because without them, we would not learn to overcome and be victorious. Work on finding some inner peace. Try reading the book I suggested and try this website www.sgi-usa.org
You can be happy, with a little faith, practice and study. I will chant for you...Nam-myoho-renge-kyo!

If your questions this night are truly what you feel then you need to get away from the computer for a while. Time at the computer trying to talk to strangers will likely not be a wise choice. It will make you feel more lonely than is true. Go for a walk, visit a neighbor, visit a hospital.
Take care of you.

Weird, I was listening to this song when I came across your question. Please don't kill yourself, you never know what tomorrow may bring. Your whole life could change for the better tomorrow, or the next day, and you would never live to know about it.
Think about it this way: I, a young girl in the virtual world, that you have never met in your life, will be personally offended if you commit suicide.
Carpe Diem, man. If you need someone to talk to, e-mail me any time.

After the 'storm' the sun is bound to come up. We all experience bad days during which we wish we were dead instead of suffering. But then, somehow, things change and we're back being happy.
You sound depressed. Please see a doctor. Perhaps you are missing essential nutrients or vitamins. Take care. I wish you health and happiness. I know you'll be OK.

Nope. Anyone can. But it's just that they like to think of the good memories out of respect for the dead. So they seem good when they can do no more evil due to the pity people feel for them.

hey sam you keep asking these questions and you know what if its that bad then do it, these attention getting shock value questions are old if you die then maybe someone will take your place with some real interesting questions REAL questions and fools like you will quit taking up space. and if you want to report me go ahead, getting kicked off of yahoo answers will make no difference to me or have any impact on my life in the REAL world.and if you want to be angry too bad, if your problem is for real which I doubt cause you just keep asking the same sort of questions over and over. if you are serious go get real help this is NOT an anylst's couch and quit being such a whining poor me sissy sitting on a pity pot , I for one will not participate in your pity party because you are doing NOTHING to help yourself but asking the same thing time and time again
