it started on saturday, am feeling my eyes are so heavy on me, and i can't concentrate on anything. i just feel i wanna SLEEP.
have any idea??
is it that am growing or what? am 16 right now.
please tell me if this ever happened to you

Yep, you very well could be having a growth spurt. Fatigue can be caused from a number of things - poor diet, lack of exercise, sleeping poorly, lacking vitamins or minerals, depression, boredom, etc.

It has happened to me and I'm sure everyone else as well. Try fixing some of the things I've mentioned and see if you feel better. :)

I am 40 years old and I started feeling real sleepy a few weeks ago. I sure hope I,m not still growing!!! Lol! I wrote mine off as depression with winter and Christmas approaching but make you just need some Vitamin B12 or something. Make sure you get plenty of sleep, they expect too much from 16 year olds anymore.

Lack of sleep, low iron, mono..if it keeps up, go see the Dr:)

hey, i have the same porblem...it turns out i have low b12...its wat gives you energy...u can pick up b12 pills or liquid...it takes a few week for you to notice it, but i feel better now...its not drugs, all herbal. try it n if it dosent work go to the doc.
