Your in a car with a group of you friends and exam week has just finished. one of your friends wants the person who is driving to take him to a class building on university property where he hacks into exam grades and gives himself a 90 which sets the curve for the final to his grade cause it was the highest grade in the class you dont find out about this till you reach the bar and you were in the car what do you do?

Write a letter to the professor of the class, sending a copy to the Registrar's office. For your protection (and especially if you do this anonymously), keep a copy for yourself, and mail an additional copy to yourself at the same time. Do not open that envelope without a university official present. It documents that you informed the university in good faith - and that you weren't intentionally part of the problem.
Your letter should be simple. Mention only what you know, that the schools laws on academic honesty have been broken. Do not complain of the effect on your grade.
Be careful - you could be considered a partner to this. Tell the truth, and only what you know - don't add to the story to make it any worse. Your credibility is at stake.

There are several things to think though.
Your "friend" has very low ethical standard, not to mention what he did is a crime in the view of college administrations. In fact, it is serious enough that he will be expelled from school.
Do you want him as your friend?
He also made you a party to his "crime." Now, it is your responsibility to prove you didn't know his action before hand if this action becomes public knowledge. If you are unsuccessful in proving it, you may be expelled as well.
Either way, you are taking a risk and the result is largely unknown until it happens.
Personally, *I* wouldn't be his friend any longer.
