I really want to know who it was... I don't know if it was George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, or Abraham Lincoln... don't think it was Abe cuz he was in a separate party...
When political parties were being started, some president or something said that it was a bad idea, and it would "send the country into chaos and cause conflicts everywhere"... People shoulda listened, cuz he was right, eh?

Help me if you can.. I'm very not smart in History... All answers will be appreciated... I would say thank you to all of you who answer, but... ehhh... dunno how... THANX IF YOU HELP ME ANYWAY!

[2] A democracy is nothing more than an angry mob, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.
Thomas Jefferson

do either of these help you?

George Washington didn't believe in parties. He thought they would damage America. Maybe he was right.
