Those settlements should be removed, either willingly or forcibly. It's the Palestinian's land, and Israelis have no right to it.

The owners should leave the building intact and let the Palestinians have them (am I too simplistic?)

The property owner should be allowed to take control of the property and rent it to the settlers if he wants, or anyone else for that matter.

There are no genuine palestinians in Israel. They are all Ishmaelites who moved in when the real ones went back to Greece and Rome. Unless you count the Roman Catholic church.
