Its possible. If she has semen on her fingers and inserts her fingers into her vagina within about half an hour of giving a hand job then it is definitely possible. Sperm are powerful little things...you can get pregnant if some guy ejaculates on the crotch of your panties while you're wearing them! Those suckers can swim!
Is she really pregnant? I don't know. I think after 4 months she should take a pregnancy test if she hasn't got her period.

It is unlikely. Has she menstruated in the past four months? Missing periods for four months would probably be a sure sign of whether or not she is pregnant.
