If I go out on a gambling boat, how far offshore does it have to go?
If I am broadcasting from a ship how far offshore must i be to avoid fcc controls

Gambling boat can be as short as 100 yards. Think of all the Gambling boats in the mid-west that operate on rivers.

Broadcasting from a ship, with homeland sec, I do not think you could have a limit.

i believe that US waters reach 10miles off the coast. The answer to your second question is done locally by cities. Your third questions is the same as the answer to the first, you must be in international waters to avoid fcc rules.

12 miles from shore to be in international waters,but you can still be boarded by the Coast Guard.

Check, as I believe the US expanded from 3 miles to 12 miles
