This is not a poem, sweetie. It is called a "Prose"
A poem has lines that rhyme and flow with each other. they talk about feelings, etc. They draw out emotions in the reader.
A prose is a group of sentences that make statements like you have done.
Good Lord, What are they teaching our kids??!! GGGRRRR!!!

Use the five senses...feel, see, hear, touch, taste....Use all of them in relation to football and you'll have a good poem
