the stupidity of whoever made up this appellation can be shown by the fact that arabs were never slaves , in fact their involvement in slavery if any was as slave hunters, dealers and masters.
and by slave in this case i dont mean any particular human race or colour, it is historical fact that the light complexion of many modern day arabs is attributable to the habit of enslaving and procreating with white women like from Greece,Italy, Spain,Turkey etc

It is a slang word used to describe people from like Iraq and places like that. It's not very nice.
