Speaking in front of an audience. I'm still not sure that I am all that comfortable with it, but I keep practicing by having weekly meetings at work with my employees so that it will be easier when I have to do in in front of my superiors.

It was difficult for me to address a gathering.....but over the years ....fall after fall......(failures.....those sinking moments)
step after step.
Kept talking to mirror.....
Kept trying.
