I have Power of Attorney over someone who is incarcerated. Can I file bankruptcy for them? The person has some serious debt.

I doubt that the bankruptcy trustee would excuse you from attending the Meeting of Creditors that is required under the Bankruptcy Code. Besides, what is the urgency to file bankruptcy while you are still incarcerate? You can file after you get out.
