Do any of you young slender woman snore so bad your throat gets dry and you gargle your own spit? Or do any of you have sleep apnea and stop breathing for long periods at a time and wake up with a snort or choking?

Yes. Sleep apnea. But I usually do not snore. If I do is only when I have literally went 72 plus hours physically taking care of everyone that needs my care.

My wife snores at times like a chainsaw. She also FARTS REALLY loudly while she sleeps. Between the two I wake up frequently during the night. I can't remember her choking though.
That's ok, for better or worse... Even the earth shaking FARTS.

I snore when I have a cold also, at least that's is what my husband says.
