I've had 3 kids in the past 4 years. My youngest was born in august. I really want to lose some of the weight I've put on. I don't think I eat to bad so I just need a good workout. Any suggestions? I want something that is easy. i mean i can't keep up with the workout videos I need something I can do on my own and at home.

Walking, if possible take the kids out in double or triple stroller and walk, walk , walk, for half an hour. If you have a tredmill or even if you dont during nap time walk or march in place. Yoga is another thing you could do pick up a video and do it during nap time or when the kids go to bed if you still have the energy that is.
