It's not necessarily unattractive.
The absence of hair would bring out the facial features even more.
I've seen pics of some very attractive bald women, and I've seen pics of some very unattractive bald women.
If she has beautiful, delicate, feminine features with good skin tone, a perfectly shaped head (no bumps), and small, non-protruding ears and nose, she could easily pull it off.
However, she rolls the dice if she does not have the features.

I think he looked better without the facial hair but better with hair on his head. Some men can pull off the bald look, though. Like Mr. Clean, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Captain Jean Luke Piccard. I can't see women pulling off the bald look, though.

You have to be naturally absolutely gorgeous in the face to pull off a bald head - but it is possible, look at Natalie Portman she still looked so beautiful with a shaved head. It's all up to people's individual tastes in the end, and we're conditioned to believe that women should have hair and it seems weird when they don't. But if everyone had bald heads we'd think it's weird to have hair - it's all about the environment you live in.

I think maybe because it's more of a masculine thing to do. And you have to be already beautiful I mean perfect facial features to pull off the bald look

Well, I think that we're just so used to seeing women with hair. For some people, it shows how they take care of themselves, their tastes, personality, etc.
I think a woman-- humans, in fact-- are beautiful no matter what.

It's ugly, its not natural, and its disgusting
but, if she is bald to natural causes, thats still not attractive, but its not her fault
