Bank of America is the current leader in this but it's a big ripoff in OD charges. They charge $35 even if you OD 1c!

National City Bank, but you need to sign up for OD protection. If you don't, they will charge you.

My bank is Washington Mutual
They have free checking with o/d their overdraft goes up
the longer you remain a customer.
they do charge $25.oo per overdraft tho.....
wont find cheaper than that I dont think...
