He got sun burn on the back of his neck from the red light going on so many times.
Actually he was traded from Edmonton to Colorodo at the 04 trade deadline. Then, like many other players. he played in the Sweedish Elite League during the lock out. He did not return to the NHL and continues to play in that league.

Being from Edmonton, I know the truth.
His downslide started when his wife cheated on him with Mike Comrie. That is why Comrie had to get run out of town by Lowe.
Then, he himself got traded to Colorado because he was still crushed over the cheating thing.
And, when he let that goal in for Sweden, his crash was complete. He was at rock bottom.
He left Canada, USA, and NHL forever due to what his whore wife did to him with that sellout loser Mike Comrie.

He was getting lit up like every game, got injured then went to Europe after he couldn't hack it in the NHL anymore. He plays in the Swedish Elite League.
