First, I'll translate the question:
Why don't couples get pregnant on their own? Most couples seem to go to the doctor for help with infertility. No everyone tries to conceive naturally, but if they can't conceive a baby without medical intervention, then why don't they adopt a baby?
My answer: Most couples do conceive babies without help from the medical profession, in fact every pregnant teen-ager out there can tell you that it is pretty easy to become pregnant! Some couples, for various reasons, need help to conceive - sometimes the man may have a low sperm count, a woman may not be fertile, some women miscarry early in pregnancy, for other couples it just does not seem to happen for them. For couples who want a baby, fertility treatments are a way to make this happen.
Adoption is a good alternative, although these days many young, unmarried women are choosing to keep their babies and raise them themselves, so perhaps there are not so many babies available today as there were years ago.

A lot of women that were born in the 606-70s had moms that were given medication during their pregnancies to help prevent miscarriages, and that in turn cause fertility problems in most of the children born to these women. That is not the cause of ALL fertility problems, but a lot of them. Some women have such irregular cycles that they don't know when they are ovulating and they need their doctor's help.

I think now a days its b/c a lot of women are waiting to have children later in life. There's nothing wrong with that, but it is more difficult to conceive as a woman get older. Its natural for people to want to have their own children. I think people should look into adopting more often, but I don't think its wrong to get help with fertility problems.
