first is it hot but no blower? If so either your fan switch is bad or your blowor motor is bad.If its not hot at all and your blower is working then its probably the heater core.

First of all, everything everyone has said so far is a possibility. But there is a lot more that they haven't said. You could have a problem with the electronic heater controls, could be a problem with the temp actuator one the temp door, or could be the blower motor resistor. I would suggest taking it to a Mazda Dealer for diagnosis. They are the people who are trained to work on that vehicle and have the necessary service manuals Mazda provides. Could save you a lot of time and money getting the vehicle properly diagnosed the first time rather than throwing parts/money at it.

My car heater was only blowing warm air. I flushed it out, refilled with anti-freeze and it's working great now. The Flush cost me $3.00 and it took about 30 mins to do.Good Luck.
