According to the bible, if the person you were with before either cheated on you, abused you, or died then it is ok. If for any other reason you are divorced, it is not recognized in God's eyes and you would be committing adultery.

U are doing the right thing by looking in the Bible. God wants us 2 be happy. I'm a Christian, and i know that its ok. Just pray, and make sure that the 2 of u know god, go 2 premarital therapy, and love each other very much. Your going 2 be alright! Good luck

The bible??? get real. And as to remarriage, someone once told me (a very old woman of 94) that the only thing good reheated is stuffed cabbage.

actualy, according to the bible, your not sopposed to divorce at all....if you absolutly have to there should be a damn good reason.
God see's marriage as very sacred. BUt....I think God woud understand if you married somone you are truely inlove with.

i think it is grand and wonderful that you look to the Bible for your ansers, however it will not hold the exact answer for everything. it is more of a reference or guidance book. are you wondering if it is wrong to remarry? god wants you to be happy, live your life well, don't lie, cheat, or steal and you will be fine.
