(1) Credit Bureaus -- there is no system of checks and balances, no due process or advance notice, to prevent false or harmful reports from ruining someone's credit history. This is like convicting someone without a trial or chance at defense but with only an appeals process afterwards to correct bad reports by other persons without your knowledge. Errors are extremely difficult to remove afterward, and can destroy people's financial standing in the meantime, whether or not the information was correct. There should be advance disclosure so that consumers may petition to correct a problem before it ruins their credit for years or for life.
(2) Corporations -- corporations claim the same legal rights as a human "person" but exercise global public influence as government, due to collective resources and finances. However, unlike the government, there is nothing to stop a corporation from abusing its collective power to violate the Constitutional rights of citizens. Without due process, or checks and balances, corporations abuse their power to exploit workers both in America and worldwide with no requirement of equal protection of citizens.
Clearly people who use corporations to seek rights under the Constitution, should be held to the same standards; otherwise there is an unnatural power imbalance.
(3) Courts and legal system (judicial freedom, equal access to mediation, consent of the governed) -- Currently the judicial system does not provide equal protection under the law; thus, it is unconstitutional in its practices. Parties with more money can access better legal resources to defend their interests, while those without resources cannot participate equally in democratic due process. The solution is to allow freedom of choice to select judges and mediators who are most proficient at reconciling conflicts to the satisfaction of both parties. Lawyers and judges who cannot negotiate fair solutions will not have clients, so the process will not be decided by money but on effectiveness in conflict resolution. Mediation and consensus would protect the interests of both sides, since neither would be allowed to infringe on the other but would be required to reach an agreement. Offering the choice of trial by judge, trial by jury, or decision by mediation and consensus would still allow free choice of which system to use.

The government should never monitor anything. That is the problem with this country. We let the government babysit us and now we are so excepting of it and if we want or don't want something we should be able to do or have it if it is our choice. We are so easy to blame the gov for everything because it is the easy way out. We should take care of ourselves and not wait for someone (government) else to do it.
