I went to a fast food joint today after hearing about and smelling it's great food, and the food was great, but the owner was so rude when she was taking our orders. She didn't let us finish making our orders before she shouted out the totals. When my food was ready, she barely called it out, then lied and said she did.And let me repeat that this was not an employee but the owner! But the food was so good. But i don't know if I can continue to give her my business when the service is terrible.

no, if i wanted bad service, i'll go to my sister's house. atleast it'll be from family and with love. You can always report her to the small business association. maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe no one ever told her about her rudeness. she probably acts that way becuz people accept her stupidity. There's no food worth my self respect or money. Ask yourself the same question if you were eating at McDonalds and they offered you the same disrepectful service. so, what make her any better? stand up for yourself and dont allow anyone to disrespect you. you are worth more than that food. Besides i know you can find some more good food somewhere else. Take it from me honey, dont waste your time, money, or pride on giving her any more of your business. make sure to tell all your friends and family. you may be one person, but they do say it takes one person to make a big change. so go ahead be a leader and others will follow. sooner or later she will have to change or close down.

Tell the owner (either go and speak to her, or write a letter) that you appreciated how good the food was, but you were very dissatisfied with her service technique, and that you are considering not coming to the restraunt again. Either she'll apologize, or not care. If she doesn't care, don't go there anymore. Also tell them that you intend to tell your friends about the bad service. That should do it. You'll probably get an apology and a coupon for a free meal there or something. If not, there's better food elsewhere.

I say report her. I hope you got her name, if not they can look it up just based on the fact that she's the owner - all they need is the store location.

As far as going back, since it is fast food, there should be another location hopefully with better service. Go there.

Also, make it a point to mention to the corprate office that the extra miles to travel to the other location will greatly diminish your regularity to their food chain.

No, I wouldn't. Restaurant experience includes both food and service. You are paying them for service not only for the food. You can buy same food ingredients for a much cheaper price. The rest of the restaurant price is service, that is, cooking and serving. If you are dissatisfied with the service but the food is OK it still means you are paying them too much.

Sometimes calling the corporate numbers are the best ways to deal with complaints like rude employees. They constantly come and go in fast food.

If the food is good, go back. However, if she is rude again inform her that YOU are the customer and expect to be treated like one. If all else fails, tell everybody about your service.

If the food is good but the service sucks yeah I would keep going back, but just ask for a more experienced waitress or have the manager take your order.

I would go and find another place to eat. There has to be some other place that could give you both great food and nice service. I do not tolerate such behavior.

If it doesn't bother you ... OK
If this bother you like it would do to me, specially if is coming from the owner I will stop going and also I will tell the owner personally about it, nicely, but I would say something.

you shouldnt have to go back. good customer service is hard to find these days. you should go back, order your food and if its the same, tell them your never coming back and tell them why! make sure you tell them that you have the right to post your complaint in the jeer section for the daily newspaper.
