For my 14th birthday, I decided to be picked up at school (with 13 other friends) and be driven around in a limo for 2 hours. Problem is, can't think of any cheap places to go to. They're also spending the night at my house, so we've already decided to stop at blockbuster. Any ideas?

I would recommend some food place, like cici's. You only have two hours, and you want to do as much as possible. Drive through the parks. Go places where you can get out of the car, be seen by some people, and then back in the car quickly. If the food court at the mall is near the entrance, that might be a quick in and out stop to be seen by other people your age.
Check with your driver. Perhaps they can make good recommendations on how to get the most of this experience.
