It's a great show, I currently don't have access to a television and have to read the recaps until I get home. You can go to their main site
http://www.fox.com/prisonbreak/
and click on RECAPS just below the main heading -- click on the latest episode and they will tell you at least exactly what happened, plus the site will give you some clips.
Later when it all comes out on DVD you can see the whole thing.

B. wait for reruns next spring/summer
C. Wait about 4 years, it will be out on video/DVD
