I am! My Psychology Professor, or he might have quoted from some one "give the right situation, people do ANYTHING or the "bad" thing". Everyone has two sides, its just who can keep it hidden longer the others or deal with them better the others. (Except Psycho's or Antisocial personality disorder, they usually don't have ANY emotions...)
But yes, not only me, but others, everyone...People are fascinated by Deaths, deaths of others, especially on movies...usually, if there isn't one, people wont see it. But it's also interesting, what people will do to get w/e they want (for revenge, avenge someone, etc. )

Honestly...yes, sometimes. I'm always asking "why?" about guys like Hitler and psychopaths I see on the news. What makes them one way and a "good" person another? Could I have turned out like that? What do they feel like? Are they happy in any way? What are their thoughts like? I love the t.v. show "Criminal Minds"--while I wouldn't want to study the "dark side" all the time, it's still fascinating.

I wouldn't call it a dark side, everything is subjectively relative. What is dark to one people is not to another. For example: Adult men Having sex with little boys is a no no in America but common in other civilizations. But am I fascinated with what is considered dark here in U.S.A?....sure sometimes.

No - but I do like sci-fi. Dark side has people like the Bill and Hillery Clin-toon, Al and Tipper the Go Ho Gore, and John and Ketchup blood Heinz - Kerry, and Teddy (drown em young and pregnant) Kennedy (oh where oh where can poor Mary Jo be - poor teddy slid her into the creek - paid off her parents - and disposed of the body - and went out and got drunk - and has yet to sober up) These people make the dark side much much too scary for me to deal with.

No, but I sure am scared by it. Did you ever see that movie "Fallen". I think of it everytime I watch the news and hear about people doing really evil things. It could happen to any of us. It seems entirably plausible that any of us can be made to do evil beyond our own control and that is way more scary than the fictitious monsters and demons that most movies show. Who knows maybe OJ was under the devils spell?

I am also and I know that a lot of people are because we would not be so fascinated with true crime stories and forensics on television. You wonder why some people can do the heinous things they do.

I would not say" fascinated" but there is the curiosity, the wanting to get inside the twisted idea and figure out WHY.

Sometimes, When I was alot younger and going out alot , bar
hopping, I had more fun and found it exciting at the seedier bars .
You could just sit somewhere and watch all of this unfold infront
of you. I saw alot of things and met a wide variety of people from
all walks of life.
I think today , its a little scarier then back then.
