Did you know that superglue was developed to act as a way of binding wounds to stop soldiers bleeding to death?
It's a crazy but true fact! That's why it sticks fingers so well. Also it dries faster in water than air!
I find that if my sister visits she leaves cereal bowls around and the dried on bits need soaking off. Try soaking the dried on weetabix by leaving a wet cloth on top of it for 10 mins and then it should come off the table more easily.

Each night, spread that day's newspaper over the table, ready for the morning. As you have four boys, avoid page 3 of the more popular papers, which might prompt questions which are hard to answer at such a busy time of the day.

Superglue will work when you file down the surfaces you are are using. I know this because I build a lot of models that are made from metal, just be careful not to get it on your fingers, it bonds in seconds if you do that, and yo have to get a solvent on them to free your fingers.

Next time you have to clean any dried on food stuff off a table, dribble a small pool of water on it and leave it to soak while you do the washing up, by the time you have finished it will wipe off easily. Honest I do it everyday with dried on baked bean juice on a hot-plate!

Ha! Your mornings sound like mine. Weetabix on laminate flooring. By the time the school walking is over with its turned to concrete. Do you want to go halves on a grinder?

Are you seriously suggesting using cornflakes as a bonding substitute to superglue?
I don't this cornflakes would bond skin to skin... superglue was invented to stick soliders back together in war time. Hence why it sticks you to you, alot better than wood to wood.

however they found out that there were grains of rice and rice starch found in some of the compunds/residue from the great wall of china built them 100s of years ago- they say that it helped to bind the materials that holds the walls up to this day.... how bizarre!

our 300 year old barn wall is mud with grain mixed in for the gluten to stick it together. Still as strong as ever.
