*Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.
*Life is too short to correct all ttypoes, real friends will understanfd.
*Life is too short to work all the time, it is too valueble to party all the time.
*Life is a game. Many people take games too seriously, many cheat, and many just think of it as a game.
*It's just life. (My dad said that once, and it just stuck. So simple!)
*If you change yourself, then who are you?
*Live and love are only one letter apart, but you do not need to have one to have the other.
*Dreaming and doing are different things.
*Friends are family you choose, and they mostly come and go.... it's the fact that you CAN'T choose that makes your family so precious.
*Have friends and have family. Often they mix.
*If a real friend gets to Heaven before you do, they'll drill a hole and pull you in.
*As long as you love, pray, don't screw up too bad, do what you feel is right, and live life to the fullest..

God should forgive you. If not, what else is life for?

Your mottos are wonderful and you should publish them somewhere like a gazette or a school newspaper,(local).
Look on the net to find places to publish limricks, Ben Franklin still has his published today, "a penny earned is a penny saved".My friend has one that is great, "your better off playing the lotto than trying to play me." Mine are "We are here in these lives for a short time, so let's make it a good time, for ourselves and others." Or "Shattered dreams don't die, shattered dreams must fly away to the maddening Sea, where they are re-created in form as better dreams for you and me."
Keep your dreams and your chin up kid, life is wonderful.

I've lived for many years now by a saying I heard once:

If a job is once begun, never leave it till it's done....be the labor great or small, do it well, or not at all!

A couple more cute sayings along these philosophical lines:

It's not my job to run the train, the whistle I can't blow. It's not for me to say how far the train's allowed to go. I'm not allowed to blow off steam, or even ring the bell. But let the darn thing jump the tracks, and see who catches hell!

and my mission statement:

Our mission is to thoroughly analyze all situations, anticipate problems prior to their occurrence, and move swiftly to solve these problems when we are called upon. (However, when you are up to your @ss in alligators it is difficult to remind yourself that your initial objective was to drain the swamp!)
