It sounds like you need a hobby of sorts. Perhaps you need to hang around more people, or generally exersize control over your thoughts.

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. You could be under stress or it could be a mental disorder as far as the irrational thoughts. You didn't really go into detail so it's hard to tell. You should seek help from a professional. They have the ability to tell the difference. If it is a disorder it can be controlled thru medication.

Depending on your job, there might be an EAP (employee assistance program) available to you for free help. If not look in the phone book for a suicide hotline and talk to a counselor for free. They can also direct you to someone in your hometown.

Just remember, don't sweat the small stuff and the big stuff will work itself out in time. You are a person, and what you think matters. You are important. Good luck in finding help.

Don't wory.Irrational thoughts have almost 50% from the world. The best way to solve this thoughts is beginig with recognizing them.As soon you recognize this kind of thought as soon you may block it.Just say that this tought vat help you.You must fill your day with some dinamic activites and you'll have no time for thinking bad things. But if you are not doing nothing than for sure i can say that you'll have more problems.
So i sugest you to start think positive and dinamic.

You should not commit suicide. Because if you do, you're a loser. The world is meant to be challenging and pressure and boundaries should be the barrier in front of you. There are ways to dominate and overcome situations. If you don't overcome, you are letting disaster win. If you let disaster win, you will reflect shame in the face of God. Suicide is the easy way out.

You could talk to your friends about what you are thinking. If not your friends, your family. And if you still have those thoughts, then yes, you should definitely get some help. It seems like you just need someone to talk to that will understand what you are feeling. That's my opinion on it anyway.
