I'd say murder for sure (unless it was manslaughter). I think sex crimes too, because they're usually repeated (not worth taking the risk), and if not life for those than the people must be monitored.

Murder (unless mitigating circumstances)
Rape
Sexually abusing a child
Although the latter 2 only carry a 5-10 year sentence depending on the severity currently, which is totally wrong.

That's debatable. In my opinion, maybe murder, but, is it fair to lock up someone all his life for a simple mistake?
Sex crimes......well.....maybe.

Monitoring? How do you expect a goverment to monitore every sexual offender?

Murder, robbery, spitting on the sidewalk in public. And all of these crimes should be televised and have the public watch on all channels.

sex crimes (ie raping children, adults, molesting etc) murder cases and then i think psychopaths and teenage killers should be tried as adults cos if they can kill pple y can they face the judgment of the crime they committed? i also thing the pple that are 'clinically insane' should either be put to death or sent to prison for life

but who am i to judge? only God can determine who should die

=)
